Delivery Policy

Powerhouse Express all orders within 5-6 business days. If you order multiple products, we may ship your products separately. You will receive email confirmation and a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your orders on our delivery partners by simply providing your Order ID and billing details. If your order is shipped in multiple shipments, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

You can select your mode of payment during the checkout process as various payment methods are available.

Powerhouse Express grants access to two types of Delivery Policies:

- Delivery via our Partnered Courier Service.
- Pick up available at Powerhouse Express Display Centers.

Delivery Via Our Partnered Courier Service: 

- Shipping is free for orders valued at over Rs. 5,000/- and weighing under 3KG.
- The Estimated delivery time for orders outside of Karachi is 5-6 days. For orders within Karachi, the expected timeframe is within the same day. ( Monday - Saturday)
- All the orders before pm will be processed on the same day. ( Monday - Saturday)
- You can include any specific delivery instructions in the comments section during the checkout process, and our team will make arrangements accordingly.

Delivery Via Our Partnered Courier Service: 

Our display Centers are located in Karachi & Islamabad.

- Store pickup can be done the next day of the Order placed, but the order must be placed before 3 PM to be ready to pick up the next day.
- There are no extra charges for this service.
- Timings for order pick up is 12:00 AM till 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).

Refund and Exchange Policy

Powerhouse Express is happy to serve customers and fulfill their requirements.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 3 days to return it, unless noted in our exceptions. The product needs to be returned clean and in its original condition, in original packaging. If you purchased the product as a bundle and are not satisfied with a product within the bundle, you do not need to return the entire set but rather that single product.

Customer is not eligible for return/exchange if:

- It's “No Longer Needed”
- Customer tried to handle the Industrial product and was unable to use it which resulted in any tear/damage.

• Returns and Refund

• Shipped Orders

  We make sure that you have all the details once you have placed your order! A notification via SMS/email at point of dispatch along with a tracking number is provided with all purchases.

• Order Confirmation

  All orders are processed for delivery after confirmation. You will receive an email/SMS for order verification and payment confirmation.

• Order Delivered

  All orders are delivered with care and dedication from Powerhouse Express! We are available for any queries you may have regarding your products and their applicability.
